If you enquire, we receive the name, organisation, email, telephone number and message you choose to send. If you telephone or email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that correspondence. The website stores a local preference so the cookie notice does not reappear.

Please do not send pupil records, special-category data, or passwords through the public form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss educational software work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps toward a contract if you ask us to quote or begin work. The cookie preference is stored so the notice works as described in our cookie note.

Sharing

The contact form is delivered using FormSubmit, which processes the message in order to send it to service@duologs.bond. We do not sell personal information. We may share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers bound to confidentiality.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related work, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business record-keeping. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a live matter.

Your rights
